Good evening, Sir; I am sending this correspondence to communicate my intention to stop by your office next Tuesday to talk to you at your convenience or to schedule an appointment. I want to introduce myself and convey my appreciation and gratitude toward the evidence I have tracked over the last several years that indicates your office, on more than one occasion, protected my rights and liberties as supported by the evidence from the alleged malicious, unethical, and possibly unlawful conduct among the unethical within your peers, law enforcement partners, and a few select citizens of the State of Iowa.
I was born and raised in Marshalltown, IA. I graduated from Marshalltown High School in the class of ’97. I returned home after twenty years in the United States Navy to live in Marshalltown, IA, in 2017, when my life began being torn apart by many malicious parties across three states, to which the evidence shows the Marshalltown, IA Police Department contributed. The Newton, IA Police Department, Ames, IA Police Department, and the Jasper County, IA Attorney’s office took zero action to protect my rights and liberties or my children’s as the evidence shows I defended theirs for twenty years.
I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the level of honor, courage, and commitment your office has manifested. Your efforts have provided me with evidence that has helped me link evidence supporting service-connected mental health disability discrimination and other malicious acts originating from Jasper County, IA Attorney Scott Nicholson and Iowa Public Information Board Erika Eckley’s offices and as electronic mail records show proliferated across numerous private and public organization that I believe the evidence shows manifested the complete disregard of my rights and pursuit of the truth that was manifested by many of your peers as well as other Iowa government bodies as supported by the evidence in the email below.
You are the leading law enforcement official of Marshall County, IA. I have manifested a multi-year track record of evidence of tracking down and pursuing evidence that shows the unethical within our government. The evidence indicates that these acts damaged my life, my children’s lives, and my health, and it is my mission to protect others from this pain and loss. Upon repairing the damage to my health that I have experienced, I will apply for a license through the Iowa Department of Public Safety to become a Private Investigator to continue this work to protect others from the evil, malicious, and possibly unlawful acts of others. If my work uncovers evidence of illegal conduct within your jurisdiction, I will report this evidence to you immediately. I respectfully submit that I believe, as supported by the evidence, that this reporting will begin with the City of Marshalltown, IA (See: Iowa Code Section 714.8(3.)/714.8(4)) regarding the evidence supporting the City of Marshalltown, IA’s historical record of evidence supporting excessive fees (approximately $400,000) that are not consistent with the evidence provided by other Iowa government bodies, the system administration guide of the software (Zimbra) the City of Marshalltown, IA, utilizes to store and preserve the City of Marshalltown’s public records (evidence acquired via public DNS Records and electronic mail header data provided by the City of Marshalltown, IA), or Iowa Code Section 22.3.
The City of Marshalltown, IA Police Department has my current phone number and address in the lease attached to this email. I am not a vexatious citizen; I am the honorably retired United States Navy Information Warfare Specialist, Cryptographic Technician Communications, Cryptographic Network Administrator, and Information Systems Technician who is going to clean up the evidence that indicates the pandemic of unethical behavior within the State of Iowa and subordinate government bodies and their alleged failure to properly manifest what the Iowa Legislature has defined and articulated in Iowa Code Chapters 22 and 23. I respectfully submit that I believe that any Iowa County Attorney or licensed attorney within the State of Iowa who attempts to halt my pursuit of the truth will only reveal their proper form concerning the Iowa Rules of the Court Chapter 32.
I don’t have family, friends, or a place that feels like home anymore. However, your manifestation of integrity, consistent with the Grinnell, IA Police Department, has helped me want to be a part of society and our community. Your actions have had a profound impact on my life, and for that, I am truly grateful.
Regarding my communication and correspondence style, It is unreasonable to have an expectation that someone properly diagnosed with numerous mental health disabilities who have never violated our laws will not manifest evidence from time to time that supports a few loose screws have fallen from their toolbox or have become lost. At the same time, Iowa Code Chapter 216 and Sections 6, 9, and 10 of Article 1 of the Constitution of the State of Iowa articulates that as long as those loose or lost screws do not violate any section of the Iowa Code, we as a society cannot deny that citizen access to rights, liberties, or access to public accommodations that have been made available to all citizens as articulated in the State of Iowa and our nation’s founding documents.

Who is now, as we speak, searching under the bar for some kind of weapon. Isn’t that right, Mr. Iowa Bartender? To split your stupid skull and kill you stone dead, and good riddance, too. Now leave it. I want three beers and a Pepsi now!
Iowa Bartender: “And now the owner, he says he doesn’t want to serve or provide accommodations to any LGBTQ+ or Atheists.”
Cipher Hunter: “GET BACK! Now, do you see this woman? Do you? Her name is Machinist’s Mate Petty Officer First Class Jones. I served with her on the USS Princeton during the moments after September 11, 2001, and while deployed on the USS Bataan in the Persian Gulf during our nation’s multi-decade war on terror. She is a member of the LGBTQ+ Community and a practicing pagan who adheres to European old-world beliefs who has manifested evidence revealing a higher level of honor, courage, and commitment than some citizens I have known who identify through testimony not supported by evidence that they are followers of Jesus Christ. She is our friend, and she is thirsty… Where is the Pepsi in this cornfed shithole?”
