At the same time, the evidence indicates that Meta and Facebook have allowed alleged female domestic and sexual abuse trauma to flow freely across their servers during the Me Too. The evidence also supports the conclusion that there is an unbalanced level of political power that the Altoona Data Center allows government body Facebook Pages (Jasper County, IA) to possess that violates Sections 1 and 2 of Article 1 of the Constitution of the State of Iowa. The very documents that govern the ground the Altoona Data Center stands on. As a nation and a people, our democratic metaverse needs to be governed with the same equality of law enforced on the ground commercial servers are powered and stored on.

It is logical and consistent that if the Iowa Department of Revenue and the Internal Revenue Department have an expectation to tax cryptographic coins stored and preserved in the “metaverse” a citizen’s right to freedom of speech should also be protected in the Metaverse.

This nation was formed on the very principle of “No taxation without representation.” It is logical and consistent that if the United States of America and the State of Iowa are not going to protect citizens’ rights in the “Metaverse,” they do not have an ethical claim to any monetary sums produced, “mined”, or stored in that realm.
