The following records are being requested from the office of Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds in accordance with Iowa Code Chapter 22.
An official copy of the following press release signed by Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds that evidence indicates manifests a historically inaccurate and theologically flawed representation of the annual celestial events encompassing the winter solstice:
“Like many Iowans, I find the Satanic Temple’s display in the Capitol absolutely objectionable. In a free society, the best response to objectionable speech is more speech, and I encourage all those of faith to join me today in praying over the Capitol and recognizing the nativity scene that will be on display – the true reason for the season.”

2. Preliminary Analysis of the Evidence
I respectfully submit for your review, Governor Reynolds, that the evidence indicates that one of the possibly many things you have in common with Former President Donald Trump is the evidence that shows that you both communicated irresponsible and reckless rhetoric to a populace that ultimately led to violence and the violations of our laws on ceremonial government property.

The Iowa Attorney General’s Office advises that most requests for records are routine and should be handled immediately. Chapter 22.8(4) allows for a “good-faith, reasonable delay” under certain circumstances, including determining whether the records are confidential and not available to the public. The official having custody of the records being sought is allowed up to 20 calendar days to determine whether the documents should be released, but such delays should not ordinarily exceed 10 business days.
The Iowa Supreme Court ruled in a 2013 case (Horsfield Materials Inc. v. City of Dyersville) that a government agency can have additional time to comply with a public records request when “the size or nature of the request makes prompt access infeasible.”
If there is a copying fee, please inform me in advance if it is more than $0. Iowa Code Chapter 22.3 states that the fee shall not exceed the actual cost of providing the service.
Upon receiving the requested public record, I will file a complaint against your office with the Iowa Civil Rights Commission because I do not believe the form of justice and the sum of this republic’s manifestation of equal rights should be impacted by the social desirability of the damaged party.
3. The Form of the Capitalistic Winter Solstice Evergreen Worshipers
Those who proclaim that they walk in the light persecute those lost in the darkness because they hate the darkness they carry within themselves and wish to divert this world’s eyes from it. At the same time, they masquerade within a social illusion of righteousness with peers carrying fire and pitchforks of hypocrisy.
Those who manifest fire against the innocent in this life abandon their souls on their chosen pyre in eternity.
4. Conclusion
“Political power. All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for the protection, security, and benefit of the people, and they have the right, at all times, to alter or reform the same, whenever the public good may require it.”

I must respectfully request an answer to the following question, Governor Reynolds: Is the State of Iowa going to provide something more meaningful than multiple false allegations of misdemeanor conduct while attempting to conceal its alleged unethical and possibly unlawful conduct, or is the leadership of this state simply going to continue hiding in their file cabinets while proclaiming self-righteousness while praying around winter evergreens? At the same time, I continue to lawfully erode their positions in the darkness regarding the evidence supporting the State of Iowa’s unethical and unconstitutional posture toward protected classes in accordance with Iowa Code Chapter 216, public records access in accordance with Iowa Code Chapter 22, and the constitutions of the State of Iowa and the United States of America.
Suppose the evidence indicates that the political ambitions of those you appoint stand on a foundation of public records concealment and false allegations of criminal conduct manifested against the innocent. Then, let the sum of their careers and character stand on a foundation of bricks made of straw without clay.
I respectfully submit to you, Governor Reynolds, that everything that I do, I do in accordance with our laws to resurrect my memories of my children and to protect the rights of all parents and their children in accordance with Iowa Code Section 598.1 from the pain that exists within my family that has manifested from the evidence of the corruption, discrimination, and other unethical conduct that evidence shows that you, your political peers, and those that you appoint manifest within the State of Iowa.
Every time I reached a point where I could no longer mentally or physically continue moving forward when I could no longer connect with reality, God revealed something to me that ignited the fire within my soul and helped me to continue on the course that he put in front of me.
Governor Reynolds, is this the world that you manifest for those who were not there for their families while they served and defended your own? We are either a democracy that defends the equal rights of all, or we are a republic that will drown in the same sands of time that the historical record shows consumed Rome during its fall.

Our lives are manifestations of our souls in the first three dimensions of reality. They are not the sum of this world. Our lives and this world are the sum of what we have the honor, courage, and commitment to make so in the fourth dimension.
